Boxing fight times and TV schedule for June 20-24 – Bad Left Hook

Tuesday, June 20

FS1, 9:00 pm ET, Eddie Ramirez vs Erick Bone. Ramirez is a really good looking prospect at 140, a Chicago area native who smashed through the game but overmatched Ryan Karl in his last outing on February 2. Bone has been in tough, losing his last three to Shawn Porter, Chris Algieri, and Miguel Vazquez, and should serve as a solid next step for Ramirez.

Friday, June 23

Sky Sports (UK), 4:00 pm ET, Josh Kelly vs Tom Whitfield. An odd showcase card for Sky.

UniMás, 11:00 pm ET, Christopher Diaz vs Carlos Ruiz.

CBS Sports Network, 11:00 pm ET, Mike Lee vs Aaron Quattorocchi. That’s right, gang! Subway Mike is BACK in (the) Chicago (area)! And who will this former Notre Dame Fighting Irish superstar (he wasn’t on the football team or anything but if you think that he was it’s OK) be facing? A guy from West Virginia who was knocked out at 0:34 of round 2 in his last fight. What’s the rush, though?! Lee’s only 30. He is very serious about his boxing career and becoming a top fighter. This hasn’t been a weird long con at all.

Saturday, June 24

PPV (POL), 1:00 pm ET, Tomasz Adamek vs Solomon Haumono. This is a best guesstimate for PPV start time (would be 7 pm local in Poland). The card also features the returns of Krzysztof Głowacki and Mateusz Masternak, plus Maciej Sulecki, Ewa Brodnicka, and more. Adamek, 40, got knocked out by Eric Molina in his last fight in April 2016, and has lost three of four. He’s obviously well past his prime. But he’s a hero in Poland, enough apparently to be a PPV attraction still.

Azteca (MEX), 11:00 pm ET, Carlos Diaz Ramirez vs Sergio Puente.

Televisa (MEX), 11:00 pm ET, Mickey Roman vs Nery Saguilan, Eduardo Hernandez vs Rolando Magbanua.

CBS Sports Network, 11:00 pm ET, Derric Rossy vs Carlos Negron. The first card promoted by Evander Holyfield’s Real Deal Boxing. Given the success rate of boxers running promotional outfits, and, well, Evander’s public financial history, there’s a good chance it’ll also be the last card promoted by Evander Holyfield’s Real Deal Boxing.
